Significant effort was dedicated to grading design, retaining conditions, stormwater and drainage planning, frontage improvements, utility coordination, and overall site compliance. As part of the formal entitlement process, the project underwent multiple rounds of PRP comments, revisions, technical studies, and interdepartmental review with the City of Fremont. The tentative map, architectural layouts, engineering plans, and supporting reports were refined through ongoing coordination with municipal departments and consultants in order to satisfy approval requirements and advance the project through Planning Commission review. The project ultimately received Planning Commission approval and full subdivision entitlements for six single-family homes, substantially reducing the entitlement risk, uncertainty, and time typically associated with raw land development in the Bay Area.
