A talented entrepreneur from a young age, in his past career, Paul was a leader in the NYC hospitality industry. All before the age of 31, Paul had a building in the Upper East Side and opened his own thriving restaurant. That was Paul’s first taste of the real estate industry, and he has never looked back. He showed a talent for the business from the start, earning a Proclamation from the New York City Council for rejuvenating a run-down building and for distinguished service that benefited the surrounding community. In addition, he won the Council’s Civil Rights award for leadership, commitment, and advocacy. Originally from Poland, Paul has been living in New York City for 30 years. Here in the city that he loves and calls home, Paul earned his Bachelor of Arts at Hunter College. Paul is an animal lover, art collector, and foodie. He is fluent in Polish and conversant in German.
