Lesli Uribe has been a successful real estate agent for over 40 years, closing hundreds of real estate transactions. She prides her success on her unique approach as a real estate therapist, strategist, coach and often the team's MVP.
When asked how this works, Lesli is very concise. “In essence, like a maestro conducting an orchestra with a multiple personalities, I am orchestrating “two teams” with opposite perspectives and yet similar goals. One team wants to sell, the other wants to buy. While buyer or seller navigates through the financial and legal process, I understand how to manage the spectrum of emotions that inevitably boil over. This therapeutic approach gives a balanced structure which helps all involved parties accomplish a success and peaceful transaction”.
Lesli’s other passion is her artwork. After graduating from Cooper Union School of Art in 1986, she caught the real estate wave working with “art stars” in the Village and Soho.
As an artist, Lesli visualizes her buyers wishlist. This helps navigate a buyers search which in turn expedites the process and as a result, prioritizes everyones precious time. Her artistic eye is also a great asset for the sellers she represents. Staging and manicuring a home is key, describing the essence of a home, curating the photography is all accomplished with the flair that only a visual artist can create. It’s like painting a picture of a seller’s creation that a buyer can fall in love with.
Lesli has lived in the Hudson Valley with her husband, Alex, and 3 beautiful children where she has practiced the Art of Real Estate, the Art of Parenting and the Art of Painting {UribeArt.com} for the past 35 years.
