Prior to joining Corcoran, Lawrence was a Senior Sales Director with the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group. While managing talented teams of agents, he successfully sold several of New York City's finest luxury new development projects, including Baccarat Hotel & Residences, 40 Mercer, 101 Warren, The Aldyn, The Astor and Manhattan House. Being involved in the pricing, design, floor plan layouts and creation of web-based and marketing materials for over 1,200 residences, Lawrence has developed an innovative and creative professionalism. A New Jersey native, Lawrence earned his BS degree from the University of Rhode Island and MBA from George Mason University. He moved to NYC over 35 years ago to work on Wall Street as a financial analyst. His interest in Real Estate began with purchasing and renovating investment properties around the city which quickly grew into a new career.
Over the years, Lawrence and his family have lived in several of Manhattan's fabulous neighborhoods, Union Square, Yorkville, Financial District, the West Side, and has served on the boards of several of the Coops and Condos in which they lived.
