Fernando is extremely perseverant, patient, thorough and positive minded. He has lived in New York City on and off for over 16 years, owns investment properties, and has served as the president of the board of his co-op building. His experiences give him valuable skills and insight on acquisitions and board procedures.
Originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, Fernando graduated from the University of Costa Rica with a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering. He also attended the Project Management Institute, earning a designation as a PMP—Project Manager Professional.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Fernando worked for a variety of companies in the electronics, leather goods, metal, granite and fashion industries. He spent the most recent decade at COACH INC. as a Strategy Costing Senior Manager, developing a leather consumption project which was successfully implemented and is currently used globally.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, Fernando helps clients of all cultural backgrounds, price ranges and neighborhood preferences with rentals and sales throughout Manhattan and surrounding areas. When time outside of work allows he loves to play piano, exercise, swim and ride his bike.
